The Home Builder Association is set to host the Home Building and Materials Expo 2021 from November 24 to 28 at Impact Muang Thong Thani, Hall 8, aiming to stimulate purchasing power in the home building market during the final stretch of the year, in line with the government's reopening policy following the COVID-19 situation.
Mr. Worawut Kanjanakool, President of the Home Builder Association (HBA), revealed that the association is fully prepared for the Home Building and Materials Expo 2021 scheduled from November 24 to 28, 2021, at the Impact Exhibition Center, Hall 8.

Mr. Worawut Kanjanakool, President of the Home Builder Association (HBA)
The opening ceremony will be presided over by Mr. Juti Krairerk, Minister of Social Development and Human Security. The event will adhere to government measures, ensuring consumer confidence while exploring the exhibition. Additionally, consumers can trust the work of over 30 participating home building companies, showcasing more than 1,000 house designs that cater to all lifestyles, with prices ranging from 1 to 100 million baht.
The association typically organizes the home building event twice a year, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it adapted by hosting the Online Home Building Expo 2021 in September 2021, which received positive feedback from customers in Bangkok and other provinces, resulting in over 520 million baht in home construction bookings with member companies, with an expected follow-up of no less than 400 million baht.
The Home Building and Materials Expo 2021 is a grand year-end event where consumers can discover new house designs and exclusive discount promotions from home building companies, making it a must-attend for anyone looking to own a home. This event is a one-stop-shop for all home building needs.

Furthermore, the association and the event organizing team have prepared a new edition of the “E-Book” New Home Design 2022, featuring beautiful house designs for 2022, which attendees can easily browse by registering for the event. In addition to the new house design E-Book, there are many other exclusive benefits, such as:
; Chance to win gold totaling 9 baht when booking home construction during the event *Terms and conditions apply as set by the Home Builder Association*
; Receive a discount coupon for home construction bookings made during the event after registering:
- Register between November 1-15, 2021, to receive a 10,000 baht discount coupon.
- Register between November 16-28, 2021, to receive a 5,000 baht discount coupon.
; Special promotions from participating home building and materials companies at the event.

Mr. Worawut also mentioned that with the government's policy to reopen the country starting November 1, 2021, following the improving COVID-19 situation, it presents a great opportunity for those looking to own a home before construction prices increase by 3-5% next year due to rising costs of essential construction materials. Additionally, home building customers still desire to meet and inquire about details to enhance their confidence in the quality standards of member companies, ensuring a positive response from consumers. The association aims for home construction bookings resulting from the event to reach 2,000-2,500 million baht.
“To reach consumers more diversely and broadly, the association is organizing both offline (booth) from November 24-28, 2021, and online from November 18-28, 2021, as a full marketing promotion for its members to conclude 2021,” Mr. Worawut concluded.
